Fully reversible door mat is handwoven in Maine using new Lobster Rope made right here in the USA. Long-lasting polypropylene rope is water, mildew, and mold resistant. Designed to tether lobster traps in the ocean, this nautical rope is built to last. Sand just runs through them (try one for a week, then take a peak underneath - you'll be amazed at all the trapped dirt). Our outdoor mats are the toughest around - guaranteed. Easy to clean with a good shaking out or hose. Made of breathable, water-resistant material and includes added UV protection against fading. Available in 2 sizes: Medium 18 x 30 & MediumPLUS 21 x 34. This rug is beautiful, sturdy and I love it. The colors are exactly as described and shown. It came quickly, was well packaged, and was easy to purchase. I did need to buy the skid-proof accessory since it moved easily on my Trex deck. This one is my second purchase which I've had for a few years--it has held up beautifully.

Fixing the slip

I needed to purchase a rubber mat in order to use my beautiful new door mat. I wish the rubber one was a darker color. When I received the rope mat there was a tag that said it might slip on certain surfaces. This fact was not plainly communicated when I was deciding to purchase this product on line. Several weeks later I am pleased with the look of this doormat!
