All in-stock orders ship in 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Maine. Custom orders, including personalized items, ship in 3-5 business days. Custom Wood Plank signs ship in 2-3 weeks.

Most orders are shipped UPS Ground which takes 3-5 business days to deliver. We ship from Maine so New England orders will likely arrive in 1-3 days, while West Coast orders will take up to 5.

We are always looking for methods to get you your package faster and as economical as possible.

Shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart based on weight of package and shipping destination. You can review your rate before you complete your order.

We do not ship packages outside of the continental US at this time.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, simply return it within 30 days and we'll exchange, credit or refund the cost of the item.

Absolutely! All exchanges ship for free once we have the product returned to our warehouse.

When you return your item, please include a copy of the original packing slip and describe your exchanges request on that packing slip.

If there is a difference in payment amount, we'll contact you. Otherwise your exchange will be quickly processed and on its way back to you.

All non-custom items can be returned for a refund/exchange within 30 days of original delivery date to:

All other products have a 1-year guarantee against defects.
