I love the colors! It appears smaller on the web site but it's much larger in person. I wish it was smaller so I could fit it on my sill with the other flower pots. Hopefully you'll make a smaller one in the future.

Lovely basket, but hard to get base in

Since the bucket is shipped almost flat, it was difficult to reshaped and place the bottom disc in. The basket it self looks great, but hopefully a little muscle can get the disc in place permanently

Thanks so much for your feedback, Allison! We ship our baskets flat because the rope is pliable and will retake its shape. We use a tight weave to ensure the basket stays in place for many years. However, since each basket is handmade, if the weave is too tight and you're unable to get the base in place, we’ll be happy to replace it for you. Thanks!

Wicked Good Gift!

I was looking for something for a friend who has a beach house. This nautical themed rope basket was perfect. The variety of color schemes were hard to choose from as they were all so beautiful, but I finally settled on a blue scheme that reminded me of the ocean. My friend loved this new colorful fixture for her home away from home, and I loved the prospect of how long it will last, with the strong rope material and the thick, water resistant, impenetrable bottom which gives the basket it’s perfect shape. I filled it with other gifts including the Hydrangea Ball Jar Towel I also purchased from the New England Trading Co. Lots to choose from on the site, and easy to order.
