We originally ordered the smaller version of the doormat. It was beautiful and distinctive. We had several people ask where we got it and was it affordable. They also were pleased we had a pride (rainbow) doormat. We went ahead and ordered the larger version for our front door and moved the smaller one to the back door. People seem intrigued with the rope design. We continue to have people asking where they can get one. We are pleased with its attractive style and excellent resistance to wear.

The product was nice but it wouldn’t allow my door to open. I emailed this company at least 3 times and never got one response. I finally found the address where to return, at my expense; boxed it up and went to UPS; as it was shipped via UPS for $15.00+. The cost to return it, via UPS was EIGHTY DOLLARS! For a $99.00 mat?!?!?
How can this be a small family company where one would expect good customer service? They are not providing ANY customer service.
Now I basically have a hundred dollar mat that I will have to give away.
Hi Kathleen, we're truly sorry that our previous emails have not reached you. Just to clarify, we responded to your emails on 8/13 at 9:08 am, and 8/14 at 7:27 am and at 2:30 pm. We agree with you - $80 for return shipping is unacceptable, and we would be just as outraged in your situation. If you have already paid that amount we strongly recommend filing a complaint with the shipping company that charged you that amount. But if you have not returned it, could you please check your spam folder to see if our previous emails ended up there? We answered your questions and I think it will make a big difference. Either way, please let us know because we are truly here to help you. It is frustrating for us, too, when our emails are not received. We'll reach out again if we don't hear back. Thank you.

They clean the bottom of shoes and boots and the dirt falls through and can then be swept away!

I love our new mat. The mat is very thick, so we had to move it away from our door. The rainbow mat is very colorful but we live on a dirt road, so the yellow stripe shows the dirt.
Hi Sherry, thank you so much for your review! For cleaning, we recommend soaking the mat in mild detergent and hot water, or using Dawn with a dish brush to scrub any discolored areas. You can also try using a high-pressure hose. Thanks!
