Latitude & Longitude Glasses, Stemless Wine, Set of 4

These are really nice glasses and the engraving is done well. However, while the title of the glasses is "Latitude Longitude," by default the glasses are engraved with GPS coordinates, which are very different. If you look closely at the product description, they say "GPS" even though the title, which I think most people pay attention to say "Latitude Longitude." If you want Latitude Longitude on your glasses, you apparently have to make that a special request. Very frustrating and poorly marketed. I was shocked when I got them for a family member who is a sailor and for whom lat long has particular meaning. Unfortunately, there were no returns, merely a small discount if I wanted to buy them again but with the lat/long request.

I love this company and their customer service in a time when it is non existent is refreshing.
