this is the best doormat we have ever had -- the color doesn't fade in the sun like coir mats and it just glows with utility and happiness. it brightens up our back deck with a casual elegance that pops - and while colorado doesn't have sand, we have plenty of dirt and burrs and . . . dirt . . . and this mat sifts through it all. It doesn't hold on to heat so our dogs argue over who gets to chillax on it. Worth the money because it works, it's pretty and it lasts and lasts.

We needed a larger size mat for our entry door that also had to be heavy enough to withstand our gulf winds. It also had to be functional to wipe sand off shoes. This mat is perfect.
